Education activities review: December 12 – 16

December 18, 2011

Public education programming

The AK Maritime NWR, Center for Alaskan Coastal Studies and the Research Reserve are partnering to offer WinterFest activities over the next 2 weeks. We invite you to join KBRR staff and volunteers for next Tuesday’s WinterFest Ice Fishing Clinic from 1 – 3 pm in our lab classroom. Learn all about this fun and interesting sport – from what kind of gear you need to which local lakes have the best fishing – at this free, hands-on lab for all ages. For a schedule of all WinterFest events, check out the Islands & Ocean online calendar .
