Patrick Chandler, special programs coordinator for the Center for Alaskan Coastal Studies, will present:

Evaluating the First Wave of Tsunami Debris

Patrick will provide an update on the state of marine debris on Alaskan beaches focusing on debris from the March 2011 Japan Tsunami. This report will include pictures and data from beaches on the Kenai Peninsula and Prince William Sound and ample time will be provided to address community concerns and questions.
