Assessing Coastal Uplift and Habitat Changes in a Glacially Influenced Estuary System Located in Kachemak Bay, Alaska

The Core Intended User group for the KBRR-led research project focusing on land-level change and sea-level rise met June 5, 2013 in Homer at the Alaska Islands and Ocean Visitor Center. During the meeting, users reviewed current project outcomes, including community salt marsh monitoring and education programs,  discussed data hosting, and determined what final product types would be of greatest value to intended users. Notes from the meeting can be viewed here SC_6 5 13_mtg notes. The next Core Intended User meeting will be held Wednesday September 18 from 9:30 – 12 pm at the Alaska Islands and Ocean Visitor Center Seminar Room.
